All ISO containers are manufactured overseas and feature Corten Steel corrugated panels and swing doors and have Marine Grade flooring. Corten Steel offers superior rust corrosion protection due to its high nickel content, thus enabling long term use of the container. Container flooring consists of 1-inch thick (19-ply) Marine Grade sheet plywood, rated at 320psi, and strong enough to support up to 30 tons gross weight.
New Shipping Containers are shipped with cargo only once, and are thus referred to as “one-trippers” or “one-time use” containers. They are most often supplied in 20-foot and 40-foot lengths.
